Lets meet soon!
WTSS - Frobenstraat 21c 3045 RD Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Open accounts, manage compliance, and keep our banking infrastructure running worldwide. Do you thrive on navigating international banking rules, and always find a way through?
We’re looking for a new Global Bankaccount Coordinator to take ownership of our international banking infrastructure.
You'll be the person who makes sure WTSS has the right bank accounts, cards, and access to keep our services running without interruption in every corner of the world.
It's a role that's equal parts detective work, diplomacy, and logistics. One day you're navigating the KYC requirements of a bank in Singapore. The next, you're tracking down an expired card that's blocking a critical test environment in New York.
Who is WTSS
Banks process millions of transactions every single day. In our modern world, they’re absolutely essential. That’s why identifying, assessing, and solving incidents as quickly as possible is critical for them. And that’s where WTSS comes in.
WTSS is an independent FinTech partner to banks around the globe. We act as a friendly, patient, and risk-free pilot customer, so banks don’t have to test on their real clients. We design structured test journeys (manual and automated) across all possible environments to catch and fix issues before they turn into major risks.
We’re a small, highly technical team of 15, supporting some of the world’s biggest banks. All from our HQ in Rotterdam. We call ourselves ethical techies: curious tech savys who love breaking things, just so we can build them back up, but than better. Incidents don’t impress us. Because of our passion and knowledge about the things we do, we create great value when things don't go as expected.
So what does your day-to-day look like:
Researching, initiating, and managing the opening of corporate bank accounts across jurisdictions worldwide
Acting as the primary contact for our banking partners globally: handling KYC, compliance, and ongoing relationship management
Managing the full lifecycle of banking hardware: ordering, activating, and maintaining payment cards, security readers, and tokens
Monitoring account statuses, managing renewals, and keeping all digital banking environments accessible for our technical teams
Maintaining meticulous records of account details, signatories, and credentials, always in line with our security protocols
Troubleshooting blocked accounts, expired credentials, or login issues with international banks
Do you love tech as we do?:
You’ll be joining a team of people who simply love tech. We’re the ones our families call when the printer won’t connect or the WiFi is acting strange. Some of us install a fresh OS on our personal machines just for fun. On a Saturday. Voluntarily.
What we hope you bring:
A background in banking or finance: you know how banks think and how to speak their language
Experience with KYC processes and international compliance requirements
You're persistent: opening accounts abroad isn't always smooth, and you don't give up easily
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a big plus)
Highly organized. You can manage dozens of processes across different time zones without dropping the ball
A legal or compliance background is a plus
Bachelor’s level
Trustworthy by default. You'll have access to sensitive financial infrastructure. Integrity and discretion aren't optional here. They're the baseline.
What we offer:
Salary based on your experience and skills
Start with a 1-year contract, working towards a permanent contract
A diverse role in a growing, tech-minded, no-nonsense team
Hybrid working: the first few months we would like to work with you from our office in Rotterdam fulltime, but after that you can work from home up to 2 days a week
We offer a good pension plan, travel allowance, homework allowance
